★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arroccato su una collina, Magliano è un piccolo e tranquillo borgo medievale che domina la valle del fiume Tenna. Benché piccolo esso conserva tutte le caratteristiche di una realtà medioevale. Sono presenti due delle sei torri che circondavano Magliano, buona parte della cinta muraria e le tipiche case a doppia facciata che seguono l’andamento delle mura. All'interno delle mura una grande piazza con chiesa parrocchiale, antico comune, torre civica, municipio e alcuni piacevoli vicoli immersi nel silenzio. Da apprezzare una buona armonia architettonica in cui prevale il mattone a vista.
Perched on a hill, Magliano is a small and peaceful medieval village overlooking the valley of the Tenna river. Although small, it retains all the characteristics of a medieval reality. There are two of the six towers that surrounded Magliano, a good part of the city walls and the typical double-sided houses that follow the course of the walls. Inside the walls there is a large square with a parish church, an ancient municipality, a civic tower, a town hall and some pleasant alleys immersed in silence. To appreciate a good architectural harmony in which the exposed brick prevails.
