★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Municipio di Dongo ha sede nel bel palazzo Manzi situato in piazza Paracchini fronte lago. Al suo interno ospita il "Museo Della Fine Della Guerra" inaugurato nel 2014, attualmente chiuso causa restrizioni Covid-19.
 The Dongo Town Hall is located in the beautiful Palazzo Manzi located in Piazza Paracchini facing the lake. Inside it houses the "Museum of the End of the War" inaugurated in 2014, currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad occupare il palazzo Manzi con la notissima Sala d'Oro è sede del museo della fine della seconda guerra di straordinario interesse e molto ben congeniato: suscita immediatamente la voglia di visitare di persona i luoghi che hanno caratterizzato quelle tragiche giornate. Rimangono irrisolte due domande anche se personalmente mi sono fatto un convincimento: solo una parte del cosiddetto oro di Dongo è arrivato poi a Milano..il resto può giustificare improvvisi arricchimenti manifestatesi negli anni seguenti.
La fucilazione di Mussolini con Claretta Petacci avvenne in casa De Maria e fu una messinscena la seconda fucilazione davanti al cancello di villa Belmonte ad operare colonnello Audisio.
In addition to occupying the Palazzo Manzi with the famous Sala d'Oro, it houses the museum of the end of the second war of extraordinary interest and very well thought out: it immediately arouses the desire to visit in person the places that characterized those tragic days.
