Siamo stati accolti dall'ufficio tributi, dall'ufficio IMU e dall'ufficio stato civile con gentilezza, professionalità e grande pazienza fino alla completa risoluzione di ogni pratica, andando anche oltre quanto di loro competenza. Inoltre l'ufficio anagrafica, una volta risolto la pratica ci ha prima contattato telefonicamente ed infine inviato l'esito dell'operazione via email. Come sempre la differenza la fanno per persone! Grazie a ognuno! We visited three offices this morning to try to put all the pending cases in order which, due to lockdown, have continued over time. We were greeted by the tax office, the IMU office and the marital status office with kindness, professionalism and great patience until the complete resolution of each case, even going beyond what is within their competence. Furthermore, the registry office, once the file was resolved, first contacted us by phone and finally sent the result of the operation via email. As always, they make the difference for people! Thanks to everyone!
