Ho riscontrato disponibilità e cortesia i n tutti e molta professionalità nella sig.ra Federica, che ci ha seguite. Tutte le proposte presentateci, offrivano delle peculiarità, che le rendevano attraenti. Abbiamo poi optato per il Voi Marsa Siclà Resort, che ha soddisfatto appieno tutte le nostre aspettative, non ultimo l'attento e costante rispetto del protocollo anti covid. Un disguido, sorto in fase di prenotazione, è stato prontamente risolto dalla sig.ra Federica, già nella prima mattinata del nostro soggiorno, consentendoci di trascorrere una gran bella settimana in totale relax. Consiglio sia agenzia che resort As already happened before, I turned to this agency for a week's vacation in September, with my daughter. I found the availability and courtesy of all and a lot of professionalism in Mrs. Federica, who followed us. All the proposals presented to us offered peculiarities, which made them attractive. We then opted for the Voi Marsa Siclà Resort, which fully satisfied all our expectations, not least the careful and constant compliance with the anti-covid protocol. A mistake, which arose during the booking phase, was promptly resolved by Ms Federica, already in the first morning of our stay, allowing us to spend a great week in total relaxation. I recommend both agency and resort
