Ho acquistato nel loro sito italiano il mascara semipermanente che sulla dicitura dice che una volta aperto dura 9 mesi. L’ho comprato a fine luglio, ad inizio novembre l’ho buttato perché completamente secco nonostante io lo tenga nella busta termica (che non danno in dotazione) per proteggerlo dagli sbalzi termici e lo tengo nello stesso posto. Siccome è la seconda volta che mi capita sempre con il loro prodotto nel giro di 6 mesi ho scritto al numero di whatsapp che c’è sul sito. Prima mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero spedito il prodotto facendomi pagare solo la spedizione e poi non mi hanno più risposto!!
Sono maleducati, scortesi e per niente professionali.

I purchased on their Italian site the semi-permanent mascara which says that once opened it lasts 9 months. I bought it at the end of July, at the beginning of November I threw it because it was completely dry even though I keep it in the thermal bag (which I don't give as an accessory) to protect it from temperature changes and I keep it in the same place. Since it is the second time that I always happen with their product within 6 months I have written to the whatsapp number that is on the site. First they told me that they would send the product to me and only pay for shipping and then they never answered me again !!
They are rude, rude and not at all professional.
