Mi sono recata in negozio per stampare delle foto formato polaroid, le foto sono state stampate con i colori chiarissimi e su carta opaca (senza chiedere prima se andava bene)
Sono tornata in negozio (dopo averli contatti e dopo avermi gentilmente consigliato di tornare in negozio per risolvere il problema) ma una volta tornata la ragazza con fare molto impertinente mi ha detto che le foto secondo lei andavano benissimo, che non si notava fossero chiari i colori, che comunque le avrebbe ristampate senza mettere i colori chiari.
Questa volta le foto non erano chiare, ma scurissime, alcune per nulla nitide, anziché consigliarmi di ritoccare i colori in foto che sarebbero altrimenti venute troppo scure le ha semplicemente stampate, 0 professionalità e foto peggio di quelle precedenti.
Mi dispiace perché già una volta avevo stampato delle foto che mi erano state stampate dal titolare ed erano perfette.

This time the photos weren't clear, but very dark, some not sharp at all, instead of advising me to retouch the colors in photos that would otherwise have come too dark, he simply printed them, 0 professionalism and photos worse than the previous ones.
I'm sorry because once I had already printed some photos that were printed for me by the owner and they were perfect.
