Unfriendly staff.
Some embarassigly small rooms.
Very poor sound.
Emergency lights badly illuminating screen..
Many times they forget to start movies or light out the rooms at start..
Lots of Ads..
Quentin Tarantino will probably kill himself after a night there..and with him all the cinephiles would follow.
The problem is that this becomes the only theater available in Varese!!
Years ago in a criminal joint venture with movies distribution lobby system, they manage to have all other theaters in city closing forever pretenting to build a true multiroom from a single one... they were more than 5 at the times!! (cinema Vittoria, Vela, Arca, Liceum..)
Today there is no more choice if you want to see a movie in a decent way you must travel at least 15km. Cinelandia in Gallarate or Como UCI cinema.
There is only a good traditional theater surviving in the city: Cinema Nuovo!
But they have to fight just with very good authoral movies since blockbusters are systematically get by Impero.
If you can, better support Cinema Nuovo.
