★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's the best venue to see a movie in the area. Theatres are comfy and well kept. Acoustics and temps in the theatres are always excellent. The staff are quick and efficient in getting you in, even if there are crowds. Now it's only up to you to choose the movie that best suits and make your way there. There is also a selection of venues for a before or after movie drink or whatever in and around the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice place but very bad customer service. I made a reservation in advance for a movie in English which should have costed 6 euros. The cashier employee told me that their system is down and they cannot give me a ticket nor assign me a seat but to sit anywhere. And he charged me 10 euros. I went inside and kept being bounced from chair to chair from people who had normal assigned seats. I had to go back to the cashier. Room was full of people. He offered to give me a seat from the ones available but denied charging me 10 euros. He later refunded me. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he told me he was the manager there. Very rude and a clear cheap attempt to make a 10 euro tip. 0 stars for customer service. I cannot even contact a main office to complain as they have no contact details on the web.
