Faccio il pane ,per uso casalingo, quasi tutti i giorni e devo dire che rispetto alle farine integrali che ci sono in giro,questa è il top,sia per lavorabilità sia per sapore.L'unico mio cruccio è la difficoltà a reperirla nella zona dei paesi etnei,ci sono solo due supermercati che la trattano ma hanno i pacchi da 1Kg,mi piacerebbe sapere dove posso reperirla nella mia zona. GRAZIE
I am a lover of Sicilian products, I use your tumilia flour a lot, I find it an excellent product, together with regrind. I make bread, for home use, almost every day and I must say that compared to the wholemeal flours that are around, this is the top, both for workability and for taste. My only gripe is the difficulty in finding it in the area of the Etna countries, there are only two supermarkets that treat it but they have 1Kg parcels, I would like to know where I can find it in my area. THANK YOU
