Fosse più vicino casa mia, tornerei presto! The place is very beautiful, an ancient stone structure very well restored. The dishes are numerically few, guaranteeing excellent quality. If it were closer to my home, I would be back soon!

La location è molto carina, un pò isolata, fuori dal paese ma tranquilla e rilassante. La camera, tenuto conto della vetustà dell'edificio, era pulita e confortevole, spaziosa e fornita di tutti i servizi necessari è risultata accogliente e adeguata. Il proprietario conduce l'attività con passione ed è una persona gradevole e lungimirante. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare la cucina per cena e l'ho trovata semplce e genuina con piatti non particolarmente ricercati ma gradevoli e leggeri. Ottimi i vini. Prezzi più che onesti. In buona sostanza sono stato bene. Non ho assegnato 5 stelle perchè in effetti la manutenzione dell'esterno lasciava un pò a desiderare ma, come detto, sono capitato lì un pò troppo presto rispetto alla stagione estiva... Given that I happened to Mulino la Serra, invited by friends, during the pre-opening post Covid-19, so the conditions of the place were "under construction". The location is very nice, a little isolated, outside the village but quiet and relaxing. Taking into account the age of the building, the room was clean and comfortable, spacious and equipped with all the necessary services, it was welcoming and adequate. The owner runs the business with passion and is a pleasant and forward-looking person. I got to taste the kitchen for dinner and I found it simple and genuine with dishes that are not particularly refined but pleasant and light. Excellent wines. More than fair prices. Basically I was fine. I did not assign 5 stars because in fact the maintenance of the exterior left a little to be desired but, as mentioned, I happened a little too early compared to the summer season ...

La cucina ottima, dall'antipasto al dolce tutto buonissimo e di alta qualità, siamo rimasti stupiti dalla bontà dei porcini crudi tagliati finissimi e conditi. Da sottolineare il vino, eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato un bianco, il Lagrá, assolutamente da provare e il nero barricato. Il proprietario con nostro grande apprezzamento ci ha fatto vedere le antiche macine e il frantoio conservati benissimo, ci ha anche illustrato brevemente i vini che produce con evidente passione. Infine i nostri complimenti vanno alla gentilezza della Signora che ci ha servito e consigliato. I prezzi non sono assolutamente cari ma giusti ed adeguati alla qualità del cibo che abbiamo piacevolmente gustato. La prossima volta che ci recheremo a Pontremoli probabilmente proveremo a soggiornare qui, hanno 4 camere deliziose. We had dinner in this farmhouse and we were delighted, the place is very nice and well cared for. The excellent cuisine, from appetizers to desserts, all very good and of high quality, we were amazed by the goodness of the finely cut and seasoned raw porcini mushrooms. To underline the wine, excellent. We tasted a white, the Lagrá, a must try and the black barricaded. The owner, with our great appreciation, showed us the ancient millstones and the oil mill in very good condition, he also briefly illustrated the wines he produces with evident passion. Finally, our compliments go to the kindness of the Lady who served and advised us. The prices are absolutely not expensive but fair and adequate to the quality of the food that we have pleasantly enjoyed. Next time we go to Pontremoli we will probably try to stay here, they have 4 lovely rooms.

Che altro dire?? Recovery of the ancient Belmesseri farm for production purposes (vineyards and olive trees) with excellent oenological results! In addition, Giusy Balestra is a great chef. È stato già bello essere ospite sotto un diluvio... chissà con la bella stagione che spettacolo di colori! Traditional cuisine and home-made wine of excellent quality. Porzioni forse giuste giuste, ma è una cosa soggettiva. Consigliato. Beautiful location with an ancient mill that can be visited. Small but cozy interior room. Excellent quality food and prices in line with this type of establishment. Portions maybe right right, but it is a subjective thing. Recommended.
