Vale sicuramente un passaggio per vedere come si presenta un vecchio mulino, che era in funzione fino ad appena un anno fa, e per acquistare la farina integrale... Come quella di una volta! Un consiglio: non arrivate lì chiedendo di visitare il mulino, proponetevi piuttosto di acquistare un po' della sua farina e nel mentre dare un'occhiata al sistema ancora ben conservato. Costa un euro e cinquanta al kilo ed é ottima per panificazione integrale. Splendid glimpse of a past to be preserved. A word of advice: do not arrive there asking to visit the mill, rather propose to buy some of its flour and in the meantime take a look at the still well preserved system. It costs one euro and fifty per kilo and is excellent for wholemeal bread making.

È possibile acquistare farina a 1,50 euro al kg. The only water mill in the province of Modena. The hospitality offered by a kind gentleman. A mill over 200 years old. Uno dei rari esempi di mulino con la ruota verticale originale e funzionante!!! (Ad agosto spesso impossibile da far andare a causa della scarsità d'acqua del fiume). Persona veramente piacevole il solitario gestore che pur di mostrarci il suo favoloso "angolo di storia", al nostro acceso in borgata, incrociato in macchina lungo la via, ha girato la macchina e lasciati gli impegni, è venuto ad aprirci. Merita una deviazione se siete da quelle parti. Oltretutto non c'è nulla da pagare ne comprare! When the mountain had other rhythms ... Historic mill was wonderfully restored and maintained.
