Matteo, persona squisita e simpatica, mi ha risolto con prontezza e professionalità il problema. Consigliatissimo per serietà e onestà.
Desperate, for the usual problems with the boiler, which just happen when it is freezing outside?? ... I was immediately contacted and assisted, even on Sunday. Mr. Matteo, an exquisite and nice person, solved the problem promptly and professionally. Highly recommended for seriousness and honesty.

Rapinate qualcun altro! 5 minuti di lavoro totale!!! per la pulizia (che come vi avevo detto avevo fatto io) c' era un problema di sensore e non ve ne siete accorti.... 150 euro e mi avete lasciato con un raccordo che perdeva perché non mi avete cambiato la guarnizione come da procedura per le caldaie a pellet ( l'ho cambiata io alla fine) in più mi avete spaccato un bullone dentro la stufa dicendo che succede...non ero solo ho un testimone se vi puo interessare! Credete di essere furbi!
They don't set foot in my house anymore! Rob someone else! 5 minutes of total work !!! for cleaning (which as I told you I had done) there was a sensor problem and you did not notice it .... 150 euro and you left me with a leaking fitting because you did not change the gasket as per procedure for pellet boilers (I changed it in the end) plus you broke a bolt inside the stove saying what happens ... I was not alone I have a witness if you are interested! Think you are smart!
