★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che uso la VetPen per la mia gatta e lo trovo un ottimo prodotto. Recentemente però ho difficoltà a trovari gli aghi. Oggi stesso ho cercato in varie farmacie veterinarie ma hanno esaurito il prodotto. Quello che mi sconcerta è che mi hanno detto come ditta avete cessato la produzione degli aghi. E' vero? Come faccio ora con la VetPen? E perchè continua la vendita della VetPen se finito il kit non è più utilizzabile? Avete scorta di magazzino e posso ordinare gli aghi direttamente da Voi?
 I have been using the VetPen for my cat for years and I find it an excellent product. Recently, however, I have difficulty finding needles. Today I searched in various veterinary pharmacies but they ran out of product. What amazes me is that they told me as a company that you stopped producing needles. It's true? How do I do now with VetPen? And why does the sale of the VetPen continue if the kit is no longer usable when finished? Do you have stock in stock and can I order the needles directly from you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera,Volevo segnalare che da un pò di tempo (4 mesi)faccio uso delle siringhe per insulina veterinaria e ho dovuto constatare che il prodotto in questione non è assolutamente di facile uso,cioè presenta un difetto. Quando si aspira l'insulina (caninsulin)dal flacone ,99 volte su 100 si forma una bolla d'aria che non si riesce ad eliminare in nessun modo rendendo la dose da iniettare non corretta e questo non sono solo io che lo dico , ha potuto constatarlo anche il medico veterinario della clinica dove è in cura il mio gatto.Probabilmente nessuno vi ha mai segnalato il problema,ma spero che vogliate prendere i dovuti provvedimenti anche se purtroppo non ho alternative ,cioè non ci sono in commercio altri tipi di siringhe e mi troverei a lottare contro i mulini a vento.Grazie!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un collare scalibor e il mio cane ha preso due zecche contemporaneamente. Queste due zecche il mio cane le ha prese dopo circa TRE giorni che ho acquistato il collare, quindi praticamente nuovo. Una cosa vergognosa visto anche il prezzo elevato di un prodotto a mio avviso da eliminare dal mercato. Approfondirò questo argomento più a fondo per capire la totale inefficienza di un prodotto che non dovrebbe essere venduto.

Beh che dire o che non dire....questi collari nei vari negozi,si trovano spesso in offerta a prezzi stracciati oppure al prezzo giusto se vogliamo metterla così,anche perché le case farmaceutiche per animali,sono peggio di quelle per le persone,speculano sulla salute altrui,vendendo a prezzi disonesti ed esorbitanti. Per ipotesi se una persona ha un crollo economico o ha spese impreviste,difficilmente spende 40 euro di collare, e altrettanti per il cardotek. Detto questo,volevo capire il discorso scadenza riportato sulla confezione.
C'è chi dice che la data riportata sulla confezione é il termine ultimo per aprire il collare ma che comunque avrà copertura dichiarata,e chi dice che il giorno della scadenza,va buttato. A questo punto,fate luce voi sulla questione.

Dove sta la fregatura? Il fatto di pagarlo 18€ (prezzo medio su internet) o pagarlo 37€ prezzo medio nei negozi specializzati o farmacie?
Mi sento molto preso in giro dalla cosa ed ho perso la credibilità nella vostra azienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, come già letto anche da altre recensioni, le siringhe per insulina sono completamente scomparse dal mercato ma capivo il periodo particolare in cui ci siamo ritrovati. ho chiamato in sede circa 1 mese fa e avevate comunicato che nel corso delle settimane successive sarebbero tornate disponibili. Ma ancora non ci sono. Purtroppo sono dovuta passare alle siringhe per umani cercando di essere più precisa possibile sulle unità, anche perché 2 iniezioni al giorno vanno fatte e la vetpen l'avevo già scartata come possibilità

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe MOLTO INTERESSANTE capire (ovviamente se è possibile) come sia impossibile reperire le siringhe per l'insulina.... Dovreste spiegare alle persone con animali domestici affetti da diabete per quale motivo per comprare l'insulina non c'è nessunissimo problema( 94€per 10 boccette, un business con i fiocchi ) però le siringhe per somministrarla le fate ad intermittenza... La gente non è cogliona lo sappiamo benissimo che smettete di produrre quelle per gli animali per produrre quelle per i vax del covid... VERGOGNA!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la spiegazione fornita da Msd, non mi posso capacitare sul fatto che da oltre un mese le siringhe per l'insulina veterinaria siano irreperibili... cioè si trova l'insulina ma non si trovano gli strumenti per iniettarla...per ora utilizzo la scorta rimanente, fermo restando l'assurdità della situazione.
