(edit: l'ordine l'ho fatto io dal mio account perché la cena arrivasse a casa di mio nipote Marcello. ieri vi ho telefonato dieci volte. perché dovreste rimborsare Marcello quando l'ordine l'ho fatto io? ma sapete usare Internet o siete rimasti al piccione viaggiatore?)
RI-EDIT: L'ordine è stato effettuato alle 20 e 30 ed è arrivato alle 23, nel frattempo avevamo già ordinato altrove e pure consumato. Vi abbiamo chiamato cinque-sei volte e continuavate a ripetere che l'ordine era partito ma che non riuscivate a contattare il vostro corriere. Tra l'altro, quando il ragazzo ci ha citofonato con due ore e mezza di ritardo, non ha mica detto che c'erano state incomprensioni sull'ordine, ha solo affermato che aveva dovuto fare molte consegne. In parole povere, volete approfittare della visibilità data da Uber ma senza pagare i corrieri di Uber, e non ve ne importa nulla se ciò danneggia i vostri clienti. Le recensioni a una stella sono il minimo che meritate.

We called you five or six times and you kept repeating that the order was gone but that you could not contact your courier. Put simply, you want to take advantage of Uber's visibility but without paying Uber's couriers, and you don't care if it hurts your customers. One-star reviews are the least you deserve.

Due ore e mezzo di attesa con il titolare che raccontava balle al telefono, sostenendo che il ragazzo delle consegne era già partito da un'ora e che non riusciva a contattarlo. Maleducazione ai messimi livelli. Uber dovrebbe escluderli dall'affiliazione. Da notare che nelle ultime ore stanno pubblcando diverse recensioni di amici e parenti per far alzare la loro disastrosa media su google.
