I buns di semola sono buonissimi, leggeri e saporiti, niente a che vedere con il resto dei buns che si trovano in giro. I condimenti sono studiati alla perfezione: io ho provato sia il polpo che lo special con il salmone, strepitosi. Servizio gentile e veloce, straconsigliato
I knew Walter for his excellent sourdough bread, his oven was my reference point for leavened products. With this project he has reached an even higher level. The semolina buns are very good, light and tasty, nothing to do with the rest of the buns that are around.
