È successo che mi è stato rifilato uno sterzo con pedali richiesto da me per ps5, ma non compatibile con essa. Sono andato a chiedere informazioni e il cambio perché ovviamente non era compatibile nonostante mi sia stata data garanzia dal personale,e me l'hanno negato in un modo molto energico, non chiedendomi neanche di tornarlo indietro e di scegliere qualcos'altro, ovviamente con lo stesso prezzo o aggiungendo qualcosa da parte mia. Concludo dicendo che se un cliente viene a chiedere spiegazioni non ci si deve girare in modo aggressivo e si dovrebbe far in modo di risolvere una situazione di disagio che si è andata a creare per vari motivi, per far in modo che il cliente torni ancora. Modifico questa recensione per rispondere alla sua risposta. Innanzitutto lo scatolo è integro e vedo ancora arroganza e falsità da parte sua nella risposta. Comunque un episodio non può sminuire 34 anni di attività, mi dispiace soltanto che si sia creata questa situazione che poteva essere evitata.
