Schon am Tag der Ausleihe ist das Personal überhaupt nicht auf uns und unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Sie haben uns einfach irgendwelche Ski und Stöcke in die Hand gedrückt, abkassiert, fertig. Null Beratung, kein einziges Lächeln, kein "Bitte" und kein "Danke". Bei der Rückgabe das Gleiche: Unfreundlich und wortkarg. Solche Menschen sollten vielleicht eher Berufe ohne Kundenkontakt wählen. Nie wieder! We borrowed our skis there and have never seen such unfriendly staff. Even on the day of the loan, the staff did not respond to us and our requests at all. You simply pressed any skis and poles into your hand, cashed them in, done. Zero advice, no smile, no "please" and no "thank you". When returning the same thing: unfriendly and taciturn. Such people should perhaps choose jobs without customer contact. Never again!

Ci hanno dato una mappa e fornito indicazioni per seguire il percorso scelto. Complimenti per la professionalità e il senso di responsabilità dimostrato. Vivamente consigliato! Very convenient and central location, allocated near the cable car. The staff are very welcoming and supportive. They gave us a map and gave us directions to follow the chosen route. This bike shop lives and breathes mountain biking but they also had a pair each of road bikes and gravel bikes. While they were not a Pinarello or a Cinelli, they were light, balanced, and tuned to perfection. My wife and I road the Passo Sella, Pordoi, Campolongo, and Gardena; beautiful roads and vistas that will remain with us forever. The staff spoke very good English, their prices were affordable, and I felt like I had walked into my local bike shop. The bike performed flawlessly offering me the opportunity to momentarily be a racer in the Giro. I owe the shop staff many beers. Hopefully someday I can pay up.
