Un fine settimana in assoluto relax con la famiglia .

Il posto è accogliente ed attrezzato, speciale anche Ezio che è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, consiglio vivamente a tutti di passare qui un fine settimana

Chalet molto accogliente, immerso nella natura, lontano da qualunque rumore, piccolo ma ben attrezzato, praticamente non mancava nulla! Ezio ci ha accolti ed è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Siamo stati lì 3 giorni troppo pochi. Un posto Tranquillo immerso nella natura dell'Etna . Lo Consiglio a chi vuole stare in pace

Casetta in montagna nella zona di Maletto. Facile da raggiungere e piena di confort. Dal termo camino alla cucina. Nella parte esterna c'è pure un forno ed il barbecue. Carbonella e tutto il necessario fornito dal gentilissimo Ezio. Nel piano terra oltre al salotto con TV, la cucina, il bagno con lavatrice, sono presenti due stanze, una doppia ed una matrimoniale. Al secondo piano accessibile da una scala di legno c'è un'altra zona notte con due letti anche se ritengo scomodo l'ingresso. Vi verranno fornite le indicazioni su come raggiungere il luogo e come utilizzare tutti servizi offerti. Un po' scarna la colazione. Il prezzo è di circa 100 euro a notte anche se suppongo su più giorni ci potrebbe essere una riduzione. L'area a disposizione tra interni ed esterni è grande. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ritorneremo sicuramente.

This is an unusual review, but important for you to read: 1. We booked the cabin one night before. (just to say, it was still free less than 24 hours before and it wasn't peak season at all). 2. The next day on our way there we got caught in a storm and many of the roads leading to the cabin were flooded. (We had a little rental car, so we couldn't cross every big puddle of water and there were a lot of them). We didn't give up and tried 3 different ways to reach the cabin and ended up turning around. The weather got worse and worse, out of despair and wanting to stay safe we stayed on the highway and decided to go to the closest city to the airport so as not to miss our flight the next day. (There were floods that day in many parts of Sicily and it was on the news). 3. We had to cancel our stay, we apologized sincerely to the host and expressed how disappointed we were because we couldn't make it. When we got to Catania late in the eve we were emotionally stressed and exhausted from the experience on the roads. We could not drive any longer anywhere and the weather felt still unpredictable. I asked the host if a 50% refund is OK with him, considering the unusual circumstances, and he agreed. At the beginning he seemed nice and he said he would be "fair". 4. The next day the host changed his mind and started claiming that he spent 30€ on cleaning towels (which we never used, because we were not there). Then he decides that he is agreeing to pay back less than 30% of what was paid, for no clear reason, besides wanting to use the situation we got caught into because of the storm. 5. I think that when you agree on something, that to start with, was fair, changing your mind and telling the guests that "should have" and "could have" drove back up to the cabin after what they went through on the roads of Sicily on that day, is externally inconsiderate, inappropriate, insensitive and blind to the situation we were caught into because of the storm and the floods. He said he would be "fair" but honestly, he was not and that does say something about his character.
