Lo staff é stato professionale e disponibile, ed ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze, soprattutto i tempi di consegna molto importanti per noi. Inoltre, essendo noi a Parma, nonostante la consegna sia avvenuta tramite corrieri, tutto é arrivato in ottime condizioni. Grazie mille per la disponibilità della signora Agata, sempre a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi informazione! Consigliatissimo!
We purchased the bedroom, table and chairs, and had a great time. The staff was professional and helpful, and met all our needs, especially the very important delivery times for us. Moreover, being we in Parma, despite the delivery took place by couriers, everything arrived in excellent condition. Thank you very much for the availability of Mrs. Agata, always at our disposal for any information! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta molto seria e professionale, ho acquistato un barbecue modello Prometeo che mi è stato consegnato anche un po' in anticipo rispetto al previsto. Prima della consegna sono stato avvisato sia dalla stessa ditta Mottarredi che dal corriere.
Il corriere si è dimostrato molto professionale, il barbecue era ben imballato ed integro.
Per montarlo ho faticato un po', eravamo in tre ma sarebbe stato meglio in quattro.
L'unica nota dolente è stata montare la protezione interna della cappa che è in lamiera di acciaio, mancavano le viti di fissaggio, e guardando le istruzioni non venivano neanche menzionate anche se erano previsti gli alloggiamenti per le viti.
Per fortuna avevo diverse viti con bulloni nella mia cassetta attrezzi e mi sono arrangiato.
Nel complesso il prodotto è molto buona, l'ho già provato sia con legno che carbone.
Nel complesso consiglierei volentieri di fare acquisti attraverso la ditta Mottarredi.
A very serious and professional company, I bought a Prometeo barbecue that was also delivered to me a little earlier than expected. Before delivery I was notified both by the Mottarredi company itself and by the courier.
The courier was very professional, the barbecue was well packed and intact.
I struggled a bit to mount it, there were three of us but it would have been better for four.
The only sore point was mounting the internal protection of the hood which is in steel sheet, the fixing screws were missing, and looking at the instructions they were not even mentioned even if the housings for the screws were provided.
Luckily I had several screws with bolts in my toolbox and made do.
Overall the product is very good, I have already tried it with both wood and coal.
Overall I would happily recommend shopping through the Mottarredi firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo progettato tutta la cucina, parete attrezzata, camere da letto e preso 2 stufe a gas ed elettrico.
Anche se ci veniva lontano arrivare a Ragalna siamo stati spinti a ritornare sempre nei mesi perché abbiamo trovato un ambiente familiare ,competenza,professionalità,disponibilità, gentilezza dove, a differenza di altri posti , da Mottarredi non esistono problemi di progettazione ma solo soluzioni illimitate.
Qualità a prezzi onesti e si sono sempre comportati per creare il miglior lavoro possibile.
Sicuramente ,se in futuro avrò bisogno, tornerò.
Chiedete della signora Maria che ci ha serviti in modo impeccabile!!
We designed the whole kitchen, fitted wall, bedrooms and got 2 gas and electric stoves.
Even if it was a long way to get to Ragalna, we were pushed to return over the months because we found a familiar environment, competence, professionalism, availability, kindness where, unlike other places, at Mottarredi there are no design problems but only unlimited solutions.
Quality at fair prices and they have always gone out of their way to create the best work possible.
Definitely, if I need it in the future, I will come back.
Ask for Mrs. Maria who served us impeccably !!
