Ho dovuto parlare con l'amministrazione riguardo dei problemi con delle fatture e non sono mai stato trattato così male via telefono. Nonostante avessi chiamato in pace per chiedere informazioni ho ricevuto dalla dipendente risposte veramente arroganti, stentavo a credere che mi stesse trattando così. Mi dispiace molto, ma dopo questa esperienza non sarò più un loro cliente.
I find myself forced to give this vote despite the employees who did the job at my house were punctual to professionals. I had to speak to the administration about problems with invoices and I have never been treated so badly over the phone. Although I called in peace to ask for information, I received really arrogant answers from the employee, I could hardly believe he was treating me like that. I am very sorry, but after this experience I will no longer be their customer.
