Stefano sempre gentilissimo e professionale. Ci siamo accordati su un prezzo a cui io volevo che fosse venduta la moto ed a cui loro pensavano a cui potesse essere venduta e l’abbiamo venduta al miglior prezzo possibile. Lo consiglio vivamente, se avete bisogno di vendere la vostra moto e non volete diventare matti con siti, acquirenti, persone che vogliono vedere la moto, ecc… Veramente un ottimo servizio. Grazie ancora. I sold my HM 125 through Motoscana and I must say that I had a great time, they took care of everything, all I had to do was go and sign for the change of ownership. Stefano always very kind and professional. We agreed on a price at which I wanted the bike to be sold and at which they thought it could be sold and we sold it at the best possible price. I highly recommend it, if you need to sell your bike and don't want to go crazy with sites, buyers, people who want to see the bike, etc ... Really great service. Thanks again.
R	Rosy Montagnese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovessi dare un titolo alla recensione direi di sicuro che ‘’Lo straordinario si trasforma in ordinaria amministrazione !!!!!’’ Ho acquistato uno scooter usato e mai avrei pensato di trovare nello staff di Motoscana una professionalità fuori dall’ordinario (la mia esperienza sulla piazza di Livorno purtroppo è sempre stata poco soddisfacente). Al contrario la disponibilità di Motoscana (Stefano e Gabriele soprattutto) è stata a dir poco impeccabile e volta unicamente a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Un esempio fra tutti, a parte la velocità nella comunicazione e la puntualità del servizio, sono riusciti a consegnarmi lo scooter a domicilio e nei tempi richiesti!! Di sicuro per il futuro, in caso di necessità, (considerato che in famiglia andiamo tutti su due ruote) contatteremo prima Voi! Grazie di tutto! '' I bought a used scooter and I never thought I'd find an out of the ordinary professionalism in the Motoscana staff (unfortunately my experience on the square in Livorno has always been unsatisfactory). On the contrary, the availability of Motoscana (Stefano and Gabriele above all) was impeccable to say the least and aimed solely at satisfying the customer's needs. An example of all, apart from the speed of communication and the punctuality of the service, they managed to deliver the scooter to my home and within the requested time !!
