Abbiamo acquistato a distanza una km 0, dato che siamo di Roma, ed eravamo titubanti all’idea di comprare un’auto senza poterla vedere prima o parlare di persona con la concessionaria. Invece ci siamo trovati meglio con lui, rispetto a precedenti acquisti fatti in altre concessionarie romane. Ci sono state fornite tutte le foto, documenti e informazioni richieste in modo sempre tempestivo e trasparente. Per ogni minimo dubbio il Sig. Andrea è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Si è premurato di organizzare il trasporto con la bisarca cercando la soluzione più economica e gestendo ogni aspetto con grande cura e attenzione. Ci ha anche fatto trovare una bottiglia di prosecco nell’auto :) Insomma, siamo più che soddisfatti! Se dovessi acquistare di nuovo usato o km 0 mi affiderei di sicuro nuovamente a lui. Instead we found ourselves better with him, compared to previous purchases made in other Roman dealerships. We have been provided with all the photos, documents and information requested in a timely and transparent manner. For the slightest doubt, Mr. Andrea has always been very kind and helpful. He took care to organize transport with the car transporter looking for the cheapest solution and managing every aspect with great care and attention. He even showed us a bottle of prosecco in the car :) In short, we are more than satisfied! If I were to buy used or km 0 again, I would certainly rely on him again.

Nn mi sembra giusto perché potavano tranquillamente avvisarmi o dirmi dall'inizio no così nn perdo tutto questo tempo ad aspettarli .. 0 serietà ...
