★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dall'ultima esperienza posso solo dire che chi vende ricambi ed attrezzature x motocicli non dovrebbe identificare un possibile cliente pagante come cliente inidoneo solo perché è un privato e non un meccanico , perché costui (io) ti farà solo non buona pubblicità ,
i prodotti che non mi hai voluto vendere e che a Parma li hai solo tu li ho acquistati altrove e con sconti quasi da meccanico (a Modena ) e con un servizio impeccabile, chiunque si trovi male con M.R. consiglio il rivenditore modenese degli stessi marchi , x chi è interessato mando indirizzo mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi assurdi! Sono andato a fare la revisione, gli lascio lo scooter, torno e quando vado a vedere sul libretto non c'era il marchio. Il meccanico aveva fatto il tagliando, che nessuno gli aveva chiesto di fare! 70€ buttati. Gli faccio fare la revisione, mi cambia il pneumatico davanti e uno specchietto e son partiti altri 200€. No comment.
Dopo 2 giorni, si è (stranamente) rotto il tubo della benzina, lasciandomi a piedi. Altri 35€ per essere venuti a prendere lo scooter e cambiarci un tubo.
In poche parole, 300€ per fare una revisione. Non tornerò.
Absurd prices! I went for the inspection, I leave the scooter to him, I come back and when I go to see the booklet there was no trademark. The mechanic had done the service, which no one had asked him to do! € 70 thrown away. I have him do the inspection, he changes my front tire and a mirror and another € 200 left. No comment.
After 2 days, the fuel line broke (strangely), leaving me on foot. Another € 35 for coming to get the scooter and change a tube.
In short, € 300 to make a review. I will not return.

Mio marito ha portato la moto x il cambio della catena e innanzitutto hanno fatto delle storie assurde perché noi avevamo già acquistato la catena da soli (avendo preventivamente chiesto a loro se questo fosse stato un problema) dicendoci che se la catena non fosse stata giusta sarebbe stato un macello e bla bla.... alla fine voleva 50€ all’ora più iva... ma siete pazzi???? Cambiate salone!!!!!
Absolutely unreliable! My husband took the bike to change the chain and first of all they made crazy stories because we had already bought the chain alone (having previously asked them if this was a problem) telling us that if the chain wasn't right it would be was a mess and blah blah .... in the end wanted € 50 per hour plus VAT ... but are you crazy ???? Change salon !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché di meno non si può.... ho telefonato stamattina per prendere un appuntamento ed al mio arrivo mi dicono che per 10 giorni il meccanico non ha tempo.... peccato che ho fatto 40 km all'andata ed altrettanti al ritorno.... e forse.... era solo una scusa perché nessuno sapeva dove mettere le mani alla moto .... fanno veramente pena ....

dopo 15 ore dal cambio pistone si rompe la fascia, pistone da cambiare. Gli porto la moto, dopo 50 giorni me la ridanno e mi fanno anche pagare (quando invece doveva essere in garanzia). MAI PIÙ.
DO NOT GO THERE ABSOLUTELY
15 hours after the piston change, the band breaks, the piston needs to be changed. I bring the bike to them, after 50 days they give it back to me and even make me pay (when it was supposed to be under warranty). NEVER AGAIN.
