★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera non sono solito recensire le mie esperienze ma in questa occasione lo faccio perché Motor mania nei miei confronti ha dimostrato di essere un azienda che ti ascolta e ti risolve i problemi pur se non hai acquistato da loro. Infatti un po' di mesi fa ho comprato uno ztech scooter elettrico sempre su internet da altra ditta che dopo averli contattati per un problema all acceleratore (non sapevo come collegarlo ne sapevo a chi rivolgermi su Taranto dove vivo perché in realtà qui non esistono persone capaci di mettere mani su questi mezzi elettrici) mi hanno lasciato in balia delle onde. Sinceramente non sapevo più cosa fare poi per caso visitando il sito internet di Motor mania ho visto che loro vendevano lo stesso mio scooter quindi li ho contattati ed è bastata una telefonata dove spiegato il mio problema prontamente si sono messi a mia completa disposizione dandomi supporto tecnico e le istruzioni pre procedere al montaggio dell acceleratore senza problemi. Quindi grazie ma soprattutto ci tengo a precisare che sono persone serie e competenti sicuramente da oggi mi serviro' da loro se avrò bisogno di qualcosa per il mio scooter.
Good evening I don't usually review my experiences but on this occasion I do it because Motor mania towards me has proven to be a company that listens to you and solves your problems even if you have not bought from them. In fact, a few months ago I bought a ztech electric scooter always on the internet from another company that after having contacted them for a problem with the accelerator (I didn't know how to connect it I knew who to contact in Taranto where I live because in reality there are no capable people here to get my hands on these electric vehicles) left me at the mercy of the waves. Honestly, I didn't know what to do anymore then by chance visiting the Motor mania website I saw that they were selling the same scooter as me so I contacted them and a phone call was enough where I explained my problem promptly they put themselves at my complete disposal giving me technical support and the instructions to proceed with the assembly of the accelerator without problems. So thank you but above all I want to clarify that they are serious and competent people, certainly from today I will use them if I need something for my scooter.
