Sono andato in negozio per un articolo venduto su ebay, chiedendo un piccolo sconto(a loro piacere) in quanto avrebbero evitato di pagare spedizione e tasse eBay sono stato trattato con arroganza e presunzione. Non si trattano così i clienti. Se fosse l'ultimo negozio al mondo di moto, la venderei pur di non rivedervi.
 Arrogant staff. I went to the shop for an item sold on ebay, asking for a small discount (at their pleasure) as they would have avoided paying eBay shipping and taxes and I was treated with arrogance and presumption. This is not how customers are treated. If it were the last motorcycle shop in the world, I would sell it in order not to see you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un consiglio dovete sapere accettare anche le critiche che il cliente vi fa , la signora di una maleducazione disarmante , il personale pessimo non ti seguono e consigliano in nulla , i prodotti che vendete minimo dovete avere un po' di conoscenza e no venderli a casaccio , come è successo a me ho acquistato una giacca impermeabile dicendomi che attutiva al 100 per 100 l'acqua , dopo neanche mezz'ora ero tutto bagnato gradito , ma la questione non è tanto questa da ribadire è stata la maleducazione della signora che per una critica mi ha assalito , la priva volta che mi capita in un negozio .

Consiglio il negozio perché che c'è voglia di lavorare bene e di risolvere nel caso ci fossero , problemi con articoli acquistati.

Salve, Scrivo questa recensione perché 5 stelle questo negozio se le merita davvero. Posso dire che la signora è stata educatissima, aveva un sorriso su ogni mia piccola domanda,mi ha dato tante spiegazioni e soprattutto tantissima fiducia ad acquistare questo casco da loro.
Il casco che ho acquistato è Agv K5 S E2205 Multi Tempest Black/red. Sono fornitissimi, hanno tanti altri modelli bellissimi, e prezzi ragionevoli e sicuramente ci andrò di nuovo per altri acquisti, anche perché ti danno spiegazioni senza stancarsi non come fanno altri che cercano solo di vendere senza neanche capire cosa stanno vendendo .....
IL CASCO È MOLTO COMODO
Ma sopratutto è bellissimo ha una fantasia e dei colori molto belli e dal vivo è spettacolare, lo consiglio a tutti.!

Hi, I am writing this review because this shop really deserves 5 stars. I can say that the lady was very polite, she had a smile on my every little question, she gave me many explanations and above all a lot of confidence in buying this helmet from them.
The helmet I bought is Agv K5 S E2205 Multi Tempest Black / red. They are well stocked, they have many other beautiful models, and reasonable prices and I will definitely go there again for other purchases, also because they give you explanations without getting tired not like others who just try to sell without even understanding what they are selling .....
THE HELMET IS VERY COMFORTABLE
