I contacted Motorauto Terni last week for info about the purchase of Lada Niva, I spoke to a very nice gentleman, polite and patient, unfortunately the Niva is not currently available, but when the situation clears I will certainly be a customer.

Uno era difettoso, seppur disposti al rimborso della merce difettata, non si sono dimostrati disponibili nellaccontertare una mia richiesta mettendo in dubbio la mia onestà. Se si comportano così con merce da 8€ figuriamoci cosa possono fare se si parla di migliaia di euro(esempio portato da loro). SCONSIGLIATO Vedrete che la risposta sarà altrettanto scortese e metterà nuovamente in dubbio la mia onestà.... (ripeto, per pochi euro) Very poor quality in the assistance on the online purchase of 2 pieces for a few euros.
