★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È possibile che per un errore del loro fornitore, un cliente si debba tenere un piccolo pezzo di ricambio, anche se modesto valore ? Evidentemente si gioca sul fatto che, per attivare il diritto alla restituzione, sia oltremodo una seccatura, anche per costo-beneficio. Mi sembra un comportamento molto poco serio. Zero stellette !
Is it possible that due to a mistake by their supplier, a customer has to keep a small spare part, even if it is modest in value? Evidently it is played on the fact that, to activate the right to return, it is extremely a nuisance, also for cost-benefit. It seems to me a very little serious behavior. Zero stars!
