Dopo aver telefonato per avvisare che sarei passato a fermarla, e dopo che loro mi avevano garantito che me la tenevano bloccata fino alla sera, arrivato per pagare l'acconto mi hanno comunicato che per un loro fraintendimento interno la moto era stata venduta ad un altra persona 1 ora prima del mio arrivo. Mortificati dell'accaduto si sono immediatamente mossi e tramite un loro contatto mi hanno rimediato una honda cb500f in una settimana! Moto in ottimo stato, ricevuta tagliandata da Motofollia e fatto il contratto con loro e non tramite terzi.
Hanno rimediato in maniera veramente eccellente e non erano tenuti a farlo.
Ci tornerò sicuramente!
I had spotted a honda cb500f from them. After phoning to inform me that I would stop by, and after they had guaranteed me that they would keep it blocked until the evening, when they arrived to pay the deposit they informed me that due to their internal misunderstanding the bike had been sold to another person 1 hour before my arrival. Mortified by the incident they immediately moved and through their contact they remedied me a honda cb500f in a week! Motorcycle in excellent condition, received serviced by Motofollia and signed with them and not through third parties.
They have remedied in a truly excellent way and were not required to do so.
I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOLTO CONSIGLIATO! Nonostante la alta mole di lavoro da gestire riescono ad essere sempre disponibili e gentili ! Il reparto vendite sicuramente più che positivo , il reparto officina ancora da testare ma si prospetta un esito positivo anche là.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Despite the high amount of work to manage, they are always available and kind! The sales department is certainly more than positive, the workshop department still to be tested but a positive result is expected there too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal profondo sud (Palermo) ho visto l'annuncio su internet di una moto che era tra i miei desideri ed era esposta proprio da Motofollia racing srl. Ho preso contatto con il sig. Cristian giovedì mattina...mercoledì mi sono imbarcato con la mia moto da permutare alla volta di Napoli...giovedì mattina conclusa la compravendita va a Napoli....venerdì sera riparto da Napoli con la moto nuova.....venerdì mattina vado a lavorare....devo ringraziare Cristian per la totale disponibilità e professionalità dimostrata. Mi ha dato l'impressione che è un venditore che sta dalla parte del cliente.....consiglio adi vedere il loro sito se Vetro intenzione di acquistare moto....anche via internet....con consegna a domicilio. Bravo Cristian

Friday evening I leave Naples with the new bike ..... Friday morning I go to work .... I have to thank Cristian for the total availability and professionalism shown. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato questa mattina per visionare un mezzo usato in esposizione. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati sul prezzo e non ho più fatto l'acquisto ma ho apprezzato molto:
1) La gentilezza del personale e il fatto che, nonostante ci fosse gente non ho atteso molto tempo.
2) La loro politica sull'usato massimo 30.000km e mezzi non più vecchi di un certo anno, la trovo molto rispettosa nei confronti degli acquirenti. E' vero che non è sicuramente una delle migliori strategie commerciali a breve termine ma , a mio avviso, vendendo solo mezzi semi-nuovi e senza problemi offrono non solo un prodotto ma un vero servizio .
I passed this morning to view a vehicle used on display. Unfortunately we did not find the price and I have not made the purchase anymore but I really appreciated:
1) The kindness of the staff and the fact that although there were people I didn't wait long.
2) I find their policy on used vehicles up to 30,000km and vehicles not older than a certain year very respectful towards buyers. It is true that it is certainly not one of the best short-term commercial strategies but, in my opinion, by selling only semi-new and problem-free means they offer not only a product but a real service.
