Motofficina da Ingallina in Catania was a really good compromise. Repairs of motorcycles and scooters and restoration of all kinds. Really recommended. I restored my motorbike to one of my BMW motorcycles from 1937. Very respectable mechanic, friendly and courteous in every respect. Recommended for those who want to repair your motorcycle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto contento dei lavori eseguiti sul Morini 3 1/2 sport del Maggio 1980 che era fermo da anni, principalmente per problemi alle bobine di non facile riperimento. Con pazienza certosina Antonello ha iniziato una attenta ricerca in tutta Europa. L'attesa è stata premiata. Altre riparazioni a pompa freno anteriore con invio a Bologna per rettifica presso esperti ex dipendenti Morini, molla di ritorno pedivella di messa in moto, condotti di aspirazione da carburatori a testate sostituiti, accurata pulizia carburatori, additivo per aumentare numero ottani benzina. La moto và benissimo, è tornata ad essere quella dei 'vecchi tempi'. La moto adesso 'SUONA'. Inoltre ha sostituito le ganasce (introvabili) del freno posteriore a tamburo di una bicicletta classica, anch'essa con più di 40 anni alle spalle.
P.S.:Non bisogna avere fretta, seguite con pazienza i consigli di Antonello, la fretta è cattiva consigliera.
I am very happy with the work carried out on the Morini 3 1/2 sport from May 1980 which had been standing still for years, mainly due to problems with the reels which are not easy to re-insert. With painstaking patience Antonello began a careful search throughout Europe. The wait has been rewarded. Other repairs to the front brake pump with dispatch to Bologna for rectification by former Morini employees, return spring crank arm, intake ducts from carburetors to heads replaced, careful cleaning of carburetors, additive to increase the octane number of petrol. The bike is fine, it's back to being that of the 'old days'. The bike now 'PLAYS'. It also replaced the (nowhere to be found) brake shoes of the rear drum brake of a classic bicycle, also with more than 40 years behind it.
PS: You don't have to be in a hurry, follow Antonello's advice patiently, haste is a bad adviser.
