Alle 19.40 richiamo per sapere se ci sono problemi, non essendo arrivato ancora nulla.
Un errore capita a tutti. Non è la prima volta che ad una pizzeria scappa una consegna. siamo umani.
Ma rispondere che loro non hanno mai ricevuto nessuna ordinazione per quell'indirizzo a quell'ora e che abbiamo sbagliato noi pizzeria, mi sembra abbastanza scortese e supponente. Cosa costava dire "scusate potrebbe esserci sfuggito, la volete ancora la pizza? ve la portiamo appena possibile".
e invece no. Hanno perso un cliente in quel momento e per quel che mi riguarda, per sempre.
Non fanno una pizza migliore di molti altri del quartiere e costa anche un pochino di più.
AGGIORNAMENTO: Evidentemente non ho imparato la lezione ed, avendo trovato chiusa l'altra pizzeria che chiamiamo di solito, richiamo questa pizzeria. Premessa: io odio la pizza bruciata e *ogni* volta che ho chiamato moto pizza 3 mi è sempre arrivata bruciata, ma colpa mia che non l'ho mai chiesto esplicitamente, ci sta.
STAVOLTA me ne ricordo e lo chiedo esplicitamente: i risultati sono nella foto allegata. E voi direte "vabè tu l'avrai chiesto ma si saranno dimenticati di dirlo al pizzaiolo, magari è una richiesta insolita". NO! l'hanno pure scritto nella comanda (scritto "morbida" in allegato). Senza parole.

I call to book a delivery which they confirm will arrive at 7pm.
At 7.40 pm I call back to find out if there are any problems, as nothing has arrived yet.
A mistake happens to everyone. It is not the first time that a delivery has escaped from a pizzeria. we are human.
But to answer that they have never received any order for that address at that time and that we made the wrong pizzeria seems to me quite rude and opinionated. What did it cost to say "sorry we may have escaped, do you still want pizza? We will bring it to you as soon as possible".
but no. They lost a client in that moment and as far as I'm concerned, forever.
They don't make a better pizza than many others in the neighborhood and it costs a little more too.
UPDATE: Evidently I haven't learned my lesson and, having found the other pizzeria we usually call closed, I recall this pizzeria. Premise: I hate burnt pizza and * every * time I called moto pizza 3 it always got burnt, but my fault that I never asked for it explicitly, it fits.
THIS TIME I remember and ask explicitly: the results are in the attached photo. And you will say "okay you will have asked but they will have forgotten to tell the pizza chef, maybe it is an unusual request". NO! they also wrote it in the order (written "soft" attached). Without words.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera sorpresa, ottime pizze e una varietà di gustosi panini (cotti al momento con l'impasto della pizza). Non fatevi ingannare dal locale, piccolo e solo per l'asporto, ve lo consiglio caldamente!
A real treat, great pizzas and a variety of tasty sandwiches (freshly cooked with pizza dough). Don't be fooled by the place, small and only for take-out, I highly recommend it!
