Per come fanno sembra che la loro sia l'unica concessionaria in regione, trattano il cliente con sufficienza come per voler dire "la moto costa tanto o te la prendi o te ne vai", giusto ma non lo condivido... Peccano in questo... Servizio officina sufficiente. In un baleno la moto è tornata a essere un orologio svizzero. Prezzi adeguati al tipo di lavoro. Consiglio vivamente ai Guzzisti e a tutti i motociclisti più esigenti. In mattinata provo a fare squillare lungamente il telefono del negozio per 2 volte senza risposta. Al terzo tentativo, con la gentilezza di un camionista che ha bucato, mi comunicano che il meccanico è a fare un giro di prova per almeno altri 20 minuti. Al quarto tentativo la"camionista" mi dice che il meccanico è con un cliente e non ha tempo. Lascio dati e numeri di telefono per contattarmi. Dopo 3 giorni senza risposta smonto la moto da solo e trovo il guasto. È probabile che l'interesse del negozio sia solo vendere il nuovo fregandosene apertamente degli altri clienti. Se hanno bisogno di qualcuno che risponda al telefono o di un meccanico che si degni di dare udienza posso consigliarliene di validi. Esperienza umiliante e indecente. Shameful and unqualified place. I arrive early and ask for the mechanic. I apologize, I take the phone number and thank you. In the morning I try to make the shop phone ring for a long time 2 times without an answer. On the third attempt, with the kindness of a truck driver who has had a flat, they tell me that the mechanic is out for a test drive for at least another 20 minutes. On the fourth attempt the "truck driver" tells me that the mechanic is with a customer and has no time. I leave data and telephone numbers to contact me. After 3 days with no response, I disassemble the bike by myself and find the fault. Chances are the store's interest is just selling the new one by openly caring about other customers. If they need someone to answer the phone or a mechanic who deigns to give an audience, I can recommend good ones. Humiliating and indecent experience.

Ho comprato il TRK e mi hanno fatto un buon prezzo. Forse hanno apprezzato il fatto che io venga da Trieste. Sono veramente competenti e consiglio vivamente di farsi un giretto da loro per un acquisto. From the purchase, to the 1st coupon, I have always had a great time. Too bad I live in Trieste and it's not really close to me. I bought the TRK and they got me a good price. Maybe they appreciated the fact that I come from Trieste. They are really knowledgeable and I highly recommend taking a stroll around them for a purchase.

Quanto al prezzo non so se siano prezzi trattabili, e non so dare un giudizio sull'officina, quindi seguiranno altri post. On my way back, I had to get my tires changed, because they were to worn out for the German law. I drive a MV Agusta 675. I really was scared of giving my MV Agusta to a workshop in a foreign country, because MV Agusta is a little special and needs trained personal for working on it. In this case especially for the rearwheelbearings. I am so glad, that I found this workshop. They helped me very much. They procured me the tires I asked for and changed them quick and perfect. They know MV Agusta and I think they love MV Agusta. I thank you so much for your help and for your work on my bike.
