Ho commissionato dei lavori e mi sono stati restituiti non rispettando gli accordi iniziali non solo sul risultato ma addirittura sul prezzo ritrovandomi a pagare il doppio, mi rendo conto che verbae volant doveva essere tutto scritto prima, qualcuno pensa di essere più furbo ma purtroppo la furbizia non paga mai. Per tanto, questa mattina mi sono recata nel Vostro punto vendita ad Avellino per effettuare un cambio. L'addetta alle vendite mi ha riferito che non era possibile visto il troppo tempo trascorso. Comprendo le regole... Ma la forzata chiusura non è certo dipesa dai clienti i quali continuano a preferirVi nonostante tutto! L'addetta alle vendite è stata troppo rigida, considerando la situazione in corso. Mi dispiace non aver potuto avere un confronto con il titolare, ma ci tengo a precisare che il modo non è stato efficace ai fini di una considerata permanenza come Vostri clienti e tanto più di una apprezzabile reputazione!
