Sono cliente fissa da ormai quasi 3 anni e ho passato pomeriggi e mattinate a mangiare buoni prodotti, rimanendo sempre soddisfatta. Inizialmente avevo lasciato una semplice recensione di 2 stelle a causa di un disservizio nato da un errore di una dipendente che aveva servito me e una mia amica con caffè marocchini diversi da quelli chiesti esortando comunque alla consumazione, previo sconto alla cassa. Tale sconto non è mai arrivato. Ciononostante, non ho smesso di frequentare il locale. Tuttavia ho deciso di scrivere in quanto, tornata in gruppo, dopo qualche minuto mi ritrovo la titolare vicino al tavolo che, con aria indispettita, allude seriamente alla mia recensione di 2 stelle che "gli altri avrebbero visto". Senza neanche salutarmi, ha polemizzato davanti a tutti riguardo la recensione (e ripeto, di soldi ne ho spesi a bere e mangiare invitando anche amici e parenti alla consumazione). Ribadisco, mi spiace dover scrivere questa recensione, ma il trattamento ricevuto oggi mi ha lasciato davvero basita. I state I regret having to write this review, but I found myself forced. I have been a regular customer for almost 3 years now and I have spent afternoons and mornings eating good products, always remaining satisfied. Initially I had left a simple 2-star review due to a disservice born from an error of an employee who had served me and a friend of mine with Moroccan coffees other than those requested, however urging consumption, after a discount at the checkout. This discount never came. Nonetheless, I have not stopped attending the club. However I decided to write because, back in the group, after a few minutes I find myself the owner near the table who, with an air of annoyance, seriously alludes to my review of 2 stars that "the others would have seen". Without even saying goodbye, he argued in front of everyone about the review (and I repeat, I spent money on drinking and eating, also inviting friends and relatives to drink). I repeat, I regret having to write this review, but the treatment received today has left me really stunned.
F	Felice Santo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo rispetto per la gente che vuole degustare un bellissimo buon Caffè nero bollente un buonissimo ?dolcetto ma anche tante altre cose, anche perché ho preferito sedermi fuori dal locale (e vi giuro che si stava d'avvero bene) il servizio è stato veramente un ottimo servizio chi si vuole accomodare anche dentro può farlo molto serenamente, perché è tutto di ottima qualità...G.r.a.z.i.e una bellissima buona serata ?G.r.a.z.i.e. Great respect for people who want to taste a beautiful good hot black coffee a very good ?dolcetto but also many other things, also because I preferred to sit outside the room (and I swear it was really good) the service was truly a excellent service those who want to sit inside can do it very peacefully, because everything is of excellent quality ...
