I prezzi praticati sono molto bassi in rapporto ai servizi praticati. Eccellente realtà che dovrebbe essere copiata anche da altre pseudo strutture che spacciano servizi mediocri come scuola calcio. A breve distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria di Cosenza e da fermate di tratte urbane ed extraurbane (come bus Preite, Scura, Romano ecc). A poche centinaia di metri sorgono altre strutture sportive come la ProCosenza, il Marca, palazetto dello sport.
