★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, da quando il vecchio proprietario non c'è più il team è negligente e superficiale, poco compenza e se sorge un problema fanno a scarica barile. Tempo fa acquistai una bici elettrica e nonostante fosse ancora in garanzia si sono rifiutati fortemente di ripararmela dicendo che non era il loro dovere e se pure fosse comunque non avrebbero potuto fare nulla perché i loro operai non erano qualificati. Nel tempo ho portato diversi clienti cosa che non farò mai più. Ripeto peccato che il vecchio proprietario non c'è più era una bravissima persona molto competente e qualunque problema te lo risolveva, cosa che non posso dire con il nuovo team.
Bad experience, since the old owner is gone, the team is negligent and superficial, not very competent and if a problem arises, they run the barrel. Some time ago I bought an electric bike and although it was still under warranty, they strongly refused to repair it for me, saying that it was not their duty and even if it were, they could not do anything because their workers were not qualified. Over time I have brought several clients which I will never do again. I repeat too bad that the old owner is no longer there he was a very good person very competent and he solved any problem for you, which I cannot say with the new team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 made in Italy bikes here for a very good price. Would recommend to any American looking for an Italian made bike. There are some PRC-made Bottechia here but the Jumpertrek/Cinzia bikes are Italian made. Also the owner threw in a bunch of free stuff after the deal was done. Close by and they delivered the bikes to me next day.
