Hanno aperto il manico e l'han guardata in 3: mi è stata preventivata una certa spesa ma, quando sono andata a riprenderla, mi è stata consegnata con il manico aperto perché non riuscivano a fare il lavoro vista la bassa qualità della similpelle... in pratica ora è inutilizzabile. Perlomeno prima l'avrei potuta usare fino a finirla... pessimo servizio.
I brought a bag and I was quoted to fix the broken leatherette handle. They opened the handle and looked at it in 3: I was expecting some expense but, when I went to pick it up, it was delivered to me with the handle open because they couldn't do the job due to the low quality of the leatherette .. in practice it is now unusable. At least I could have used it until I finished it ... bad service.
