Contattando telefonicamente l'azienda MORO, ho parlato con alcuni tecnici che mi hanno sempre promesso il loro intervento, cosa che non e' mai avvenuta. Questo mi fa pensare, che l'UNICO interesse dell'azienda MORO, e' SOLO quello di vendere i propri prodotti SENZA dare nessun tipo di assistenza per eventuali problemi post-vendita. QUEST'ANNO (agosto 2018) DOPO AVER CHIAMATO L' AZIENDA, ABBIAMO AVUTO LA FORTUNA DI PARLARE CON IL SIG. ANDREA MORO CHE HA FATTO INTERVENIRE IMMEDIATAMENTE UN SUO TECNICO DI FIDUCIA PROVENIENTE DA SELCI LAMA (SIG. ANDREA) CHE CON MOLTA PROFESSIONALITA' HA REGOLATO LA TALLONATURA ED EFFETTUATO LA TOTALE MESSA A PUNTO DELL'ARATRO. GRAZIE ANDREA MORO E GRAZIE ANDREA DI SELCI LAMA(UMBRIA) Two years ago I bought a MORO double-furrowing plow in the furrow, which in order to work correctly, still needs to be regulated despite my continuous requests for intervention made both to the dealer and directly to the MORO company. Il problema più grande sono i ricambi: è un mese che sono fermo con un pezzo in ordine, ho sollecitato più volte il magazzino dove mi servo facendo capire loro ľimportanza e ľurgenza del pezzo, loro mi rispondono dicendo che la ditta non risponde alle telefonate fatte. Il magazzino in questione è in provincia di Viterbo (VT). Io al momento non posso lavorare con tutto il primo corpo libero di muoversi, poi, tra due anni avevo messo in conto di restaurare ľaratro: perchè gli anni si fanno sentire ma se non inviate i pezzi di ricambio più comuni, di manutenzione ordinaria (nel mio caso la chiavetta per la regolazione delľinclinazione del ceppo) non credo invierete pezzi come il trave, ľattacco o lo snodo! Ora vi pongo una domanda: mi dovrò rivolgere alla concorrenza per poter continuare a lavorare i miei terreni? È possibile che voi perdiate un cliente perchè non inviate i pezzi di ricambio?
