Prenoto un mezzo il lunedi' per il mercoledi, la mattina mi presento e il mezzo non c'e' e la prenotazione risulta registrata sbagliata per il giorno prima. Non una scusa ne la voglia di risolvere il problema. Brutta esperienza e non e' stata la prima.... I have to admit that one star is too much. I book a vehicle on Monday for Wednesday, I show up in the morning and the vehicle is not there and the booking is registered wrong for the day before. Not an excuse nor the desire to solve the problem. Bad experience and it was not the first ....

Sistema di prenotazione online molto semplice: la registrazione della patente e degli altri dati avviene al momento del ritiro, quindi il cliente non perde tempo. Inoltre puoi noleggiare il furgone anche senza carta di credito: una rarità in questo mondo di soldi digitali. Raccomando di chiedere dettagli per il Keybox: consegna il furgone dopo l'orario di chiusura depositando le chiavi nella cassetta con password. Dopo il controllo della carrozzeria, l'addetto mi ha mostrato il cruscotto e indicato la strada per uscire. Importante: nella zona antistante esiste parcheggio gratuito. In breve... We arrive, no baby seat, you can pick up from our other store. We go to pick it up and does not even suit the vehicle so we had to borrow from a family member. The van did not have GPS, they gave us a tomtom that required me to set up as it could not find our location. We arrive to the mountains and the anti freeze light comes on so we pay 20euro to fill this up as it was empty. We try to clean the windows but the water was empty so we paid another 5euro to have this filled up. Easy fix Morini would just reimbnurse us for the money and mostly the inconvenience right ?? But instead would not pay us for the fluids we bought as the receipts from the gas station had written 'accessories'. In short do not waste your time and money (not cheap) with Morini as they have horrible service and do not care about you. A truly frustrating and disappointing experience.
