Ho una cameretta a ponte comprata dodici anni fa. La qualità è eccezionale ,vi dico solo che l'ho già smontata due volte e la cameretta è ancora la come nuova. L'azienda ha un servizio post-vendita eccezionale ed ora vi racconto la mia esperienza. Praticamente dopo dieci anni si sono rotti dei pezzi dove va agganciata la scala. Subito ho mandato una mail direttamente alla Moretti ma siccome non avevo ricevuto risposta mi sono rivolto al negozio che mi ha venduto la cameretta il quale mi diceva che bisognava ordinarlo e che sarebbe costato ,20€.... prima di dare conferma ho voluto aspettare qualche altro giorno e come per magia mi è arrivato a casa un pacco direttamente dall'azienda la quale non solo mi mandava i due pezzi rotti ma anche tutto il kit senza voler un euro.. Quindi dal lato della mia esperienza posso dire che è un'azienda seria ed eccellente sia per la qualità dei materiali che usa e sia per come tratta i suoi clienti....per me il top.

I have a bridge bedroom I bought twelve years ago. The quality is exceptional, I just tell you that I have already taken it apart twice and the bedroom is still as good as new. The company has an exceptional after-sales service and now I'll tell you my experience. Practically after ten years some pieces have broken where the ladder has to be hooked. Immediately I sent an email directly to Moretti but since I had not received an answer I turned to the shop that sold me the bedroom which told me that I had to order it and that it would cost € 20 .... before confirming I wanted to wait a few more days and as if by magic a package arrived at home directly from the company which not only sent me the two broken pieces but also the whole kit without wanting a euro .. So from the side of my experience I can say that it is a is a serious and excellent company both for the quality of the materials it uses and for the way it treats i its customers .... for me the top.
