★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signor Vasta gira il mondo col suo fuoristrada alla ricerca dei caffè più buoni e pregiati. Scoperta per caso, la sua miscela arabica si contraddistingue per una tostatura non troppo forte che consente agli oli del caffè di mantenere integri gli aromi. Tappa imprescindibile di chi ama i prodotti d'eccellenza (anche amari e liquori tipici ) il suo negozio risulta facile da raggiungere da una traversa della strada principale di Giarre ma il ritorno alla medesima strada principale risulta complicato per chi non è del luogo. Se ancora gli manca, per il futuro spero che il caffè Morena riesca ad ottenere anche una certificazione Bio. Purtroppo spesso il telefono risulta irraggiungibile, anche se il negozio risulta infine essere regolarmente aperto. Saluti.

Discovered by chance, its Arabica blend is characterized by a not too strong roasting that allows the coffee oils to keep the aromas intact. An essential stop for those who love excellent products (including bitters and typical liqueurs), his shop is easy to reach from a side street of the main road of Giarre but the return to the same main road is complicated for those who are not local. If he still misses it, for the future I hope that Morena coffee will also be able to obtain an organic certification. Il personale é qualificato, cortese e simpatico. Entrate in un locale e sentire il profumo del caffè appena tostato non é cosa comune. Assolutamente consigliato
