★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia opinione rispetto all’assaggio delle confetture di Morello Austera è sicuramente molto positiva. Ho potuto gustare le famose amarene di Cantiano nonché le altre confetture della loro gamma. Ottima la confettura extra di visciole che con la sua particolare sapore acidulo rende il prodotto unico e molto gradevole al palato. Personalmente ho provato la confettura di visciole preparando dei cornetti di pasta sfoglia ed erano molto buoni.
My opinion regarding the tasting of Morello Austera jams is certainly very positive. I could taste Cantiano's famous sour cherries as well as other jams from their range. Excellent the extra jam of sour cherries that with its particular acidulous taste makes the product unique and very pleasant on the palate. Personally I tried the sour cherry jam making puff pastry croissants and they were very good.
