Lo sconsiglio vivamente per non parlare della serietà della azienda . I bought the oven event, a disappointment the oven fails to cook already at the third batch, the soil fails to cook the pizzas. Non riesco a capire come sia possibile le ho provate tutte ho messo in discussione anche il mio impasto che piace alla mia clientela. Ho seria difficoltà. Aiutatemi a capire. Se qualcuno può aiutarmi gli sarei enormemente grato. I have a series pg 150 oven before I used a fg 110 My 2012 pg 150 burns the pizza already at 340 degrees while with the small fg 110 I also worked at 420 degrees and it was fantastic. Devo dire che dopo 22 anni di lavoro su vari forni è il migliore che abbia mai trovato. Fgr 130 super performante cotture perfette piano cottura sempre funzionale mai una perdita di calore. Dovrebbero migliorare sull assistenza e tempi di consegna del forno. Comunque lo considero il Ferrari dei forni!! They would be 5 stars if it were not for the fact that to have assistance you have to wait 4 months !! I must say that after 22 years of working on various ovens it is the best I have ever found. Fgr 130 super performing perfect cooking always functional hob never losing heat. They should improve on oven service and delivery times. However I consider it the Ferrari of the ovens !!

Di numero uno devo ancora capire cosa hanno visto che hanno sbagliato la fattura di acquisto pena la perdita da parte mia di scaricare il forno. Collaudo forno inesistente inserito nel contratto. Segnalo questa cosa è da maggio arriva qualcuno a settembre. Forno rumoroso per mesi ho dovuto ricorrere a telefonare la casa madre di Genova purché intermediassero col loro numero uno per far valere le mie ragioni. Dopo 6 mesi voglio acquistare un altro forno e mi sparano 4000 euro di aumento per il momento delicato che si sta attraversando. ASSURDO. Richiamo Genova e comunico che tutto ciò è assurdo ma a loro non importa poiché corrono solo dietro ai soldi non ai clienti( possiedo una nuova catena di pizzerie asporto in apertura). Esperienza negativa. Forni cari impestati ma soprattutto arroganza maleducazione per quanto riguarda i loro venditori. E già tanto che ti consegnano il forno. Per il resto solo parole. Collaudo inesistente. Promettono kit pale da forno in omaggio e figurati. Nemmeno L ombra. Alla richiesta delle pale loro riposta e stata Andrea mica hai bisogno che ti regaliamo le pale. Come se al saldo decidessi di non pagare 2-300 euro tanto chi ne ha bisogno. Sono passato a Marana. Almeno dialogo con gente competente non improvvisata. I have already been a customer for this year.
