★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mordì é stata una bella scoperta.Da cliente ormai habitué(almeno una volta a settimana),posso confermare la professionalità,la cortesia e la trasparenza nelle informazioni dei dipendenti.Interfacciata sempre con personale diverso,persino col cuoco di cui ho apprezzato la sua estrema sincerità sull'argomento gluten free ed allergie alimentari gravi.In pratica,riconoscendo tale pericolosità nei soggetti allergici,molto onestamente non preparano cibi che potrebbero,anche involontariamente,essere contaminati da un ingrediente sospetto,dato le dimensioni ridotte del laboratorio dove cucinano.Bravi,vi fa onore.A differenza di altre pizzerie in zona.Non basta esporre i prodotti gluten free distanti da quelli "normali",per essere nel giusto e Mordì fa la differenza.Pizza ben lievitata e molto digeribile.Arancini spettacolari.Qualità-prezzo ben bilanciata.Continuate cosi
