Hamburger strepitosi! non solo nell'aspetto ma anche nel gusto, ricercato e curato nei dettagli. Carne succulenta, cotta al punto giusto e l'aggiunta di ingredienti originali..non i soliti, per intenderci.. Tra il menù spiccano anche le novità del momento..io ho scelto quello con peperone crusco e miele tartufato.. una delizia per il palato.. Il locale è piccolino ma grazioso e d'estate hai la possibilità di mangiare fuori. Il proprietario Domenico è simpaticissimo e ti accoglie con un gran sorriso.Ama molto il suo lavoro, cerca sempre di rinnovarsi,per esempio proponendo birre artigianali da abbinare al piatto. Ottimo è il rapporto qualità prezzo..il che non guasta mai... Non si trova in un punto molto visibile,lo devi un po cercare ma ne vale davvero la pena...alla prossima vacanza ci tornerò di sicuro...consigliatissimo.... I chose the one with crusco pepper and truffle honey .. a delight for the palate .. The place is small but nice and in summer you have the opportunity to eat out. The owner Domenico is very nice and welcomes you with a big smile, he loves his job very much, he always tries to renew himself, for example by proposing craft beers to combine with the dish. The value for money is excellent ... which never hurts ... In hamburgeria abbiano conosciuto Valentina e Domenico che gestiscono il locale: ragazzi giovani, sempre gentili che propongono un menù molto vario che concilia la tradizione della cucina locale con la modernità di nuove proposte molto gustose accompagnate da ottime birre per tutti i palati. In pizzeria, invece, abbiamo conosciuto la sig.ra Rosa e il sig. Giuseppe che gestiscono l'attività con passione e professionalità. La pizza è davvero eccezionale e soprattutto digeribile . Le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono sia l'hamburgeria che la pizzeria sono la qualità dei prodotti usati, cortesia e pulizia. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarli alla prossima vacanza in Basilicata! The inhabitants of Senise are lucky because they have the opportunity to eat both burgers and exceptional pizza at "Mordi e Fuggi". In the burger shop they met Valentina and Domenico who run the place: young, always kind guys who offer a very varied menu that reconciles the tradition of local cuisine with the modernity of new very tasty proposals accompanied by excellent beers for all palates. In the pizzeria, however, we met Ms Rosa and Mr. Giuseppe who run the business with passion and professionalism. The pizza is truly exceptional and above all digestible. The characteristics that distinguish both the burger and the pizzeria are the quality of the products used, courtesy and cleanliness. We will definitely come back to visit them on our next holiday in Basilicata!

After eating we realized there is a burger place with the same name next door, belongs to the same owner. The burgers looked amazing!
