7 telefonate per ottenere appuntamenti inevasi senza comunicazioni di ritardi e peggio ancora supponenza e scortesia al telefono. Molto meglio "Spurghi Battaglia"
TOTAL INEFFICIENCY:
7 phone calls to get outstanding appointments without communications of delays and even worse arrogance and rudeness on the phone. Much better "Spurghi Battaglia"
