Riparazione effettuata nella mattinata, servizio veloce ed efficiente. Premetto che al Decathlon mi era stato stato detto che quel perno non era riparabile e che avrei dovuto cambiare il cerchio completo... Ci tornero' sicuramente da MORA. Molta cortesia e personale molto preparato, molta perv attenzione x il cliente che non ho trovato in altri posti quando vai per comprare una bici, anche se ero in cerca di una bici con buoni componenti e non propio di quelle economiche, mi sono trovato bene e lo consiglio sia per acquisti che per le riparazioni. Ho chiesto alla propietaria di tenermela per un giorno per poter dare la conferma di acquisto ( era molto contrariata) La chiamo dopo un’ora dall’uscita dal negozio per confermare la volontà di comprarla e che sarei passato il giorno dopo. All’apertura mi reco per acquistarla e non era pronta, dopo aver aspettato tra un cliente e l’altro circa 2 h e scelto gli accessori montati a rilento, vado per pagare e chiedo un minimo sconto che a fatica mi viene fatto( 20€ a fronte di 1700€) Adirittura mi viene chiesto se il contachilometri potevo montarmelo da solo a casa e le misure per la regolazione della sella non mi sono state prese) Credo che per l’assistenza futura andrò direttamente alla Bianchi. Molto deluso del servizio e della disponibilità .Ai tempi comprai una trek a crema e il venditore era tutta un’altra cosa ( purtroppo è andato in pensione) A few days ago I went to buy a racing bike.
