H	Hugues Ansermoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons eu plusieurs bonnes surprises même après avoir lu les commentaires des locataires précédents. Le quartier est vraiment agréable. Tout prêt de la plage avec des levers de soleil somptueux pour ceux qui aiment se lever tôt. L'équipement de l'appartement est très bien pour une famille de 5 comme nous. Superbe douche et des lits confortables. L'endroit est parfait pour visiter tout le Sud-est de la Sicile. Nous avons bien apprécié les 2 parasols mis à disposition mais n'avons pas utilisé les 2 chaises car nous sommes allés sur des plages avec une bonne petite marche d'approche. Nous avons pu checker très tôt et le propriétaire nous a aussi proposé de rester plus longtemps le jour du départ, ce que nous n'avons pas fait vu que nous devions partir pour Catania. Le parking est aussi très facile directement sur la rue devant l'entrée latérale. We had several good surprises even after reading reviews from previous renters. The neighborhood is really nice. Very close to the beach with sumptuous sunrises for those who like to get up early. The equipment of the apartment is very good for a family of 5 like us. Great shower and comfortable beds. The location is perfect for visiting the whole of South East Sicily. We appreciated the 2 umbrellas provided but did not use the 2 chairs because we went to beaches with a good short approach walk. We were able to check in very early and the owner also offered to stay longer on the day of departure which we did not do as we had to leave for Catania. Parking is also very easy directly on the street in front of the side entrance.

We were in Avola my aunt and I stayed in this beautiful apartment. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. We met the owner who welcomed us with great kindness. We had a great time. I absolutely recommend it. Thanks again Mr. Francesco of everything.

Si trova a pochi passi dal mare e da ristoranti e bar, ma allo stesso tempo è in una zona molto tranquilla e poco caotica. Francesco e Tiziana si sono dimostrati due proprietari fantastici, il check in nonostante fosse previsto per le 15 è stato anticipato alle h.12 visto che eravamo già in zona. Al momento del nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sul tavolo una bottiglia di vino locale e un vassoio di frutta. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo ricevuto da loro informazioni utili per i nostri spostamenti e consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Consiglieremo sicuramente questa casa ad amici e parenti che vorranno visitare la bellissima Sicilia Orientale. Speriamo di rivedere presto Francesco e la sua famiglia. Simone & Elisa My girlfriend and I stayed in this modern apartment from 13 to 21 August, the apartment is exactly as we had seen in the photos. It is located a few steps from the sea and from restaurants and bars, but at the same time it is in a very quiet and not chaotic area. Francesco and Tiziana proved to be two fantastic owners, although check-in was scheduled for 3 pm it was brought forward to 12 pm since we were already in the area. Upon our arrival we found a bottle of local wine and a fruit platter on the table. During our stay we received from them useful information for our travels and advice on places to visit. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and relatives who want to visit the beautiful Eastern Sicily. We hope to see Francesco and his family again soon. Simone & Elisa

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, anche nel fornirci consigli riguardo la ristorazione e i luoghi da visitare. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti da questa esperienza, sicuramente da ripetere, e ci sentiamo di consigliare vivamente l'appartamento di Tiziana e Francesco. We stayed for a short time in this beautiful apartment, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. The owners were very kind and very helpful, even in providing us with advice about restaurants and places to visit. Le due camere da letto sono adeguatamente grandi ed ognuna dotata di cabina armadio e televisore. La posizione ribassata della casa stessa fa sì che si mantenga adeguatamente fresca ad ogni ora del giorno anche senza l’utilizzo dell’aria condizionata. Sicuramente da sottolineare la cordialità e la disponibilità dei proprietari Francesco e Tiziana, che non ci hanno mai fatto mai mancare nulla, dai consigli su cosa visitare a dove andare a mangiare. L’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva e consigliabile, Avola è stata un’ottima base di partenza per poter visitare la parte Sud Orientale della Sicilia da Catania a Porto Palo di Capo Passero, le bellissime spiagge del Gelsomineto, Calamosche, San Lorenzo e la riserva orientata di Vendicari, le città d’arte come Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Catania ed il bellissimo borgo marinaro di Marzamemi. E	Elena Scalia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa vacanze molto curata, appartamento ricavato in un seminterrato ma molto ben diviso e con tutti i confort (cucina, macchinetta del caffè, lavatrice etc...) con ingresso indipendente dai proprietari. Francesco, il proprietario, e sua moglie sono stati molto cortesi e ci hanno indicato vari punti di interesse in zona e messo anche a disposizione due ombrelloni per scendere in spiaggia, raggiungibile a pochi minuti a piedi. C'è anche lo stendino e un tavolino per mangiare fuori. Esperienza ottima, sono stata in vacanza con i miei genitori e i miei fratelli per 5 giorni, la consiglio a 2 coppie perché le due stanze sono indipendenti ogniuna con la sua cabina armadio o ad una famiglia. Stra consiglio e tornerò sicuramente. Very well-kept holiday home, apartment set in a basement but very well divided and with all comforts (kitchen, coffee maker, washing machine etc ...) with independent entrance from the owners. Francesco, the owner, and his wife were very courteous and showed us various points of interest in the area and also made available two umbrellas to go down to the beach, reachable within a few minutes on foot. There is also a drying rack and a table for eating out. Excellent experience, I was on vacation with my parents and my brothers for 5 days, I recommend it to 2 couples because the two rooms are independent each with its own walk-in closet or to a family. Stra recommend and will definitely be back.
