While we have a general language barrier, she was able to navigate me through her suggestion for my cut. I loved the head massage and massage chair that went with the shampooing, and was slightly bummed when the moment was over. She did a wonderful job with the cut and style. However, soon after, I found out that she did the color and cut of one of the barmaids at the osteria next door. Although last minute as I was flying out the following week, Maria was able to squeeze me in, even came in a bit earlier and balancing other schedules in order to make me the blonde I have been wanting to do for years. Although she has an assistant, Maria takes a lot of care with each client, which is probably why she is always so busy.
