★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da molti anni sono un'affezionata utilizzatrice del marchio Montura col quale mi vesto dai piedi alla testa, ma purtroppo l'unico negozio di Bolzano è gestito da una commessa molto scortese che, oltre ad un comportamento "asciutto" tiene musica rock a tutto volume che ti fa venir voglia di uscire al più presto.
 For many years I have been an affectionate user of the Montura brand with which I dress from foot to head, but unfortunately the only shop in Bolzano is run by a very rude saleswoman who, in addition to a "dry" behavior, keeps rock music at full volume which makes you want to get out asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich!!! War gerade im Geschäft Montura in Bozen und wollte Schuhe umtauschen. Leider wurden die teuren Schuhe nicht umgetauscht, da die Schuhschachtel fehlte, die ich ohne mein Wissen beim Kauf nicht mitgenommen habe. Damit nicht genug! !! Die Verkäuferin war nicht nur sehr unfreundlich, sondern auch beleidigend! So eine Frechheit habe ich noch in keinen Geschäft in Bozen erlebt. Sehr schade, Montura hat eine gute Kundin verloren!!!
Incredible!!! Was just in the Montura shop in Bolzano and wanted to exchange shoes. Unfortunately, the expensive shoes were not exchanged because the shoe box was missing, which I did not take with me when I bought it without my knowledge. On top of that! !! The saleswoman was not only very rude, but also insulting! I have never seen such cheek in any store in Bolzano. It's a shame, Montura has lost a good customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata al Montura di Bolzano per acquistare un buono spesa da regalare.
Entrata nel negozio anche se non dovevo acquistare nulla ho comunque fatto un giro e la merce in vendita è davvero di buona qualità e fattura anche se con un prezzo abbastanza elevato.
Mi reco quindi alla cassa per acquistare il buono e la commessa (una signora mora) è occupata a chiacchierare con clienti che hanno già terminato gli acquisti e pagato.
Attendo per circa un quarto d'ora senza che mi venga nemmeno chiesto cosa ho bisogno.
Alla fine una ragazza giovane (sempre dipendente del negozio) si avvicina e chiede se ho bisogno. Dico cosa vorrei e mi fa accomodare in cassa per l'acquisto del buono. Cerca di chiedere un'informazione alla collega ma questa continua la sua chiacchierata senza darle retta.
Concludo l'acquisto ed esco dal negozio.
Mai vista tanta maleducazione da parte di una commessa.
Se fosse stato per me sarei uscita dal negozio senza acquistare nulla, mi sono fermata SOLO perché mi era stato richiesto espressamente un regalo acquistato in quel negozio.
I went to Montura di Bolzano to buy a shopping voucher to give as a gift.
Entering the shop even if I didn't have to buy anything, I still walked around and the goods for sale are really of good quality and workmanship even if with a fairly high price.
I then go to the cashier to buy the voucher and the saleswoman (a blackberry lady) is busy chatting with customers who have already finished their purchases and paid.
I wait for about a quarter of an hour without even being asked what I need.
Eventually a young girl (always employee of the shop) approaches and asks if I need. I say what I would like and he makes me sit at the cashier to purchase the voucher. He tries to ask his colleague for information but she continues her chat without listening to her.
I complete the purchase and leave the shop.
Never seen such rudeness on the part of a saleswoman.
If it had been for me I would have left the shop without buying anything, I stopped ONLY because I had been specifically asked for a gift purchased in that shop.
