★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wege teils sehr stark erodiert im Bereich der Skipisten, leider wird hier offenbar wenig für die Pflanzenwelt gemacht wenn die Saison für Skifahrer vorbei ist.
Super Blick und sehr wenig los.
Paths are partly very badly eroded in the area of the ski slopes, unfortunately little is done for the flora here when the season for skiers is over.
Great view and very little going on.

Positioned on the large ring of the Mottarone (length: 6km), it is one of the scenic spots par excellence on Lake Maggiore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' una cima granitica dall'elevazione modesta (m. 1230) ma posta sulla panoramicissima cresta che unisce il Mottarone al Monte Camoscio passando anche per il Monte Crocino: c'è solo da sperare in una giornata tersa per ammirare lo spettacolo del lago Maggiore, altrimenti velato da foschia.
Facilmente raggiungibile dall'Alpe Nuovo; più accidentato ma remunerativo il sentiero che sale dall'Alpe Vedabia.
Ogni anno vi si tiene un incontro organizzato dal C.A.I. di Baveno
It is a granite peak with a modest elevation (1230 m) but located on the very panoramic ridge that connects Mottarone to Monte Camoscio also passing through Monte Crocino: there is only hope for a clear day to admire the spectacle of Lake Maggiore , otherwise veiled in mist.
Easily accessible from Alpe Nuovo; the path that climbs from Alpe Vedabia is more rugged but profitable.
Every year there is a meeting organized by the C.A.I. of Baveno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E una vetta molto facile raggiungerla, partendo dal parcheggio del Mottarone.
Panorama mozzafiato. Per chi sale da Stresa e una bella salita su sentiero e verso la vetta una mulattiera.
It is a very easy peak to reach it, starting from the Mottarone car park.
Breathtaking panorama. For those who go up from Stresa it is a nice climb on the path and towards the summit a mule track.
